About Tapco HomeDry
Tapco HomeDry was established in 1971, simply as Tapco (Treatment and Preservation company) and has steadily grown into one of the most established and reputable damp proofing, basement conversion, water damage, woodworm, dry rot and property maintenance companies, in London and the Home Counties. Tapco was started in response to a growing need for professional preservation companies, as the property market rapidly grew. Since then it has evolved into a fantastic team of experts, able to deal with all manner of property destroyers and defects, from the roof to the drains and everything in between.
WHY USE US?
Investigations are carried out by our experienced, specialist technical surveyors, who are qualified to the high standards of the PCA (Property Care Association). The PCA not only act as a ‘seal of approval’ on the quality of service we provide, but also ensure the remedial work we carry out is to the high standards they set.
This, together with our certified ISO9001:2015 quality management, not only underlines that we are specialists and experts in our field, but also ensures that our surveyors and technicians are constantly kept up to date with current methods and expertise. We are also a long-term member of Trust Mark (Government Endorsed Standards) and a member of the BWA (Basement Waterproofing Association). In addition, GPI (Guarantee Protection Insurance) gives our clients peace of mind, that in the unlikely event we cease trading, our guarantee is protected for the first 10 years, by them.
WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?
We are conveniently located on the outskirts of London and have offices in Thames Ditton and literally on the platform at Esher station, in Surrey. This allows us fast, easy access by train, to the whole of London and the South of England, while the M25, M3, M4, M40 and M23 gives us easy access by car or van, to all the surrounding counties. Whether your property is big, small, domestic or commercial, give us a call and one of the team will be pleased to help or arrange a survey for you. Alternatively, you can email us via [email protected] and we will be pleased to answer any questions you may have.
We are fully aware that every damp and timber problem is unique and needs to be investigated as such, in order to determine the correct method of remedial work and eradicate it. Be assured, unlike some of our competitors, our surveyors are not paid commission and will only recommend treatment where it is necessary.
